Kajabi Return Policy?
Kajabi.com has a process in place for refunding customers directly from the Kajabi account. Here are the steps:
- Open the Sales tab from the Dashboard.
- Select Payments from the Sales tab.
- From the Payments page, select Transactions to be taken to the Transactions page.
- Find the payment to refund and select the More Actions button.
- In the More Actions drop-down menu, select Refund.
- In the Refund Menu, enter the refund amount.
- Select a Refund Reason from the drop-down menu. (This step is optional!)
- Press Refund to complete the Refund process.
Refunds can be full or partial, and refund receipts can be sent through Kajabi. Once activated, refund receipts will be automatically emailed for all full and partial refunds issued. The refund receipt message can also be customized to better fit your brand.

How To Open A Kajabi Account?
To open an account on kajabi.com, follow these steps:
- Visit the Kajabi pricing page and choose a plan.
- Click on "Start for Free".
This will automatically register for the Basic plan. Kajabi offers a 14-day free trial for all its plans, and sometimes they provide longer ones when they have promos.
After creating an account, access the Dashboard and open the Settings tab. Navigate to Account Settings to configure personal details, notifications, billing information, and more.
